Second time reading it
I loved it even more than the first time! The second time around, I noticed all the foreshadowing and everything. And even though I knew what was about to happen, all the major plot twists still came as a shock. Probably the only thing I didn't like is the amount of similes CC used. I'm all for stylistic devices, but that was a bit much at times.

I've been a huge fan of Dragon since I started the series so I was really happy when I found this book, and I definitely wasn't disappointed! Dragon and Anastasia were so cute in this! Ugh, I love them. The ending made me cry. And the plot twist that ties in with the original HoN series, definitely didn't see that one coming! Absolutely wonderful novella! I want to read the other novella's now and I can't wait to get caught up on the series!

Interesting concept and I loved the world Fisher created, but I found it to be a little boring and slow. I more or less enjoyed it while reading it, but I highly doubt I'll ever read it again.

I adore this series! I read the first 3 books in one day at school. Absolutely brilliant.

I fell head over heels in love with Alexander (he's actually the reason Alexander is my favourite name for a guy) instantly. I loved all the characters, and the plot was so wonderful. I love the writing style as well. This series is just wonderful
