I understand that this book might be appealing to some but to be honest I was surprised I finished it. It was such a boring read for me and though I wanted to feel connected to any one of the protagonists I just didn’t see myself in any of them which probably was a contributing fact to my rating. And even though I got into it with an expectation of a sad end, the fact that u already know how it ends from the title is anticlimactic and was left wondering how people were crying at the end of it. The execution of the plot was good but overall the plot itself to me was lacklustre.

Personally the beginning really ruined the book for me like for the first half of this book I was like bit*ch WTF

This was bad, and I don't think I should explain in how may ways this almost made me gag.... Just no.... I really wonder if anyone found this enjoyable.

The only reason I'm giving this book two stars is because of the ending, I was shocked

I know , there aren’t any really plot twists in this book but I have to admit the world and main characters really won me surprisingly, though I must admit the whole bullying concept of this book really made me angry reading some parts of it . The magic system , the many unanswered questions and the wittiness and bond of the two main characters really sucked me in , and I can’t wait to read the next one.
