The first is doctor/ patient relationship seemed the most believable. Though they all flip from being hesitant to being in love.
The second is coworkers to lovers. He has a lot of guilt he has to get past, and she is pessimistic.
The third is my least favorite, he instantly wants her and buys her to guarantee he can have her. She is all “No!” verbally, while actively doing the opposite physically.

I liked this, I dreaded reading this with the implication of addicted tendencies but was pleasantly surprised when Bo, even though he fell off a few times, actively tried getting sober.
