I read Throne of Glass maybe two years ago and really didn't enjoy it, but I loved A Court of Thorns and Roses. It took me way too long to finally pick up the second book in this series, but I had faith that SJM could pull me back in and deliver a satisfying story. This book started out a little rocky for me, I'll be honest, but by the midpoint it was unputdownable. So glad I picked it up again!

The audiobook is also fantastic.

I don’t have a lot of words because I’m still weeping. Damn, what a read.
