This book had so many degrading, suppressive comments about women that I couldn't handle it anymore and had to throw it aside. I will be asking Amazon to take back my Audible version because I don't even want to know I have this on my shelf.

Beastly was great, but the rest of Alex Flinn's work has been repetitive and uninspiring. This will be my last attempt at trying her again, unfortunately.

This book was disappointing. After the first chapter or so, it completely dashed all of my expectations and devolved into one of the worst storylines I've ever seen in print. I wish the cover was not so similar to many other books I've been interested in reading because now I am wary of all of them, afraid they are this book come back to haunt me with terrible plot lines and stunted character growth yet again. I made it halfway through this book by the time I realized the description had grossly misled me. DNF.
