I believe that this was the weakest book in the series for me. The first half was somewhat informative but I probably could've done without it. I would've been happy with just the novella. I did enjoy the novella. I liked getting more chapters from Keefes pov. I'm a little heartbroken with the way it ended on the cliffhanger but at least I have Stellarlune that I can start to see how it goes and what happens.

This was a reread for me so that I could finish the series. Oh my God I loved this book even more for the second read. I love the characters and cannot wait to see where they'll go next. I liked the plot of the story as well as the vibes I got while reading Shadow of the Fox.

I thoroughly enjoyed A Deadly Education. I liked El's growth throughout the book. It has a sort of found family. El starts out as a loner (sometimes not by choice) and then Orion sort of saves her and she gains other friends/allies. This would be one school that I wouldn't want to attend.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Miuko isn't like normal fmc in books. She isn't beautiful nor a overpowered badass. I enjoyed the blossoming friendships. I will say that females are treated like property in this book so be warned.

This story was interesting and unique. That being said I really wanted to love The Lost Dreamer but I kept getting confused on who's pov I was listening to. I think it was because I listened to it instead of physically reading it. I may later on when the next book comes out reread it physically to see if I like it any better.

Omg....I love this book. Six Crimson Cranes is differently going on my favorite reads of the year. I loved the relationship that Shiori had with her six older brothers. Elizabeth Lim's writin is very whimsical and easy to read. If you love retellings, adventure, family bonds, dragons, and whimsical writing I would recommend Six Crimson Cranes.

Crowned By Blood was a decent ending to the Daughter's of Cain trilogy. To me it was slow in some spots and rushed in others. I would love to read more from Evie's sister Morwen and her girlfriend Mia especially with they way something happens in this book. Overall I'd recommend the Daughters of Cain trilogy.

I like Annette Marie's writing style. I read Red Winter years ago when it first came out and had every intention of continuing the series as it was released. Finishing the trilogy didn't happen and I'm finally ready to just binge the other two but first I needed a reread of the first since it's been so long. It's a good read but a bit slow throughout in spots. I like Emi and the kitsune.
