Macbeth is one of my favorites by Shakespeare so I was excited for Lady Macbeth. Now that I've read Lady Macbeth I'm not sure if I like it. I didn't love it but I didn't completely hate it. I was expecting more of a badass villianous story.

I never thought that I'd enjoy a book that has a lot of math problems in it. The story itself was interesting and drew me in. The housekeeper is a single mother and the professor has a brain injury and can only remember so much. It was interesting to see the interactions between the housekeeper, her son, and the professor.

Snowed In was the first book that I've read from Krista Wolf. I wasn't too thrilled with the story. There was alot of repeating with things like Morgan is naive, innocent, shy, and she considered herself a nerd. I'm not sure if I'll read anymore from this author.

Things are starting to evolve with Briddy and Amon. Briddy is a little too naive and it's getting on my nerves just a little. Lart is growing on me although he's still an ass. I believe the series is going to start going a little dark with Adellai and her scheme. Looking forward to the next volume.

For some reason I like Peter Pan retellings even though I wasn't a fan of the original story. Hooked started out strong for me but by the end it was kinda cheesy. There were a couple ick moments for me that I don't want to spoil.

James Islington became one of my favorite authors when I read The Licanius Trilogy. While the writing that I fell in love with was there I dropped a star rating simply due to the beginning and ending. The story kinda of reminded me of Red Rising which was a book I read earlier this year and loved. In all honesty I would read anything James Islington would write.

So many of my friends love What the River Knows. I really wanted to love it as well. While I maynot have loved it I didn't hate it either. I loved the setting. I didn't care for either of the characters and their antics.
