What the heck!!???!!! This was so good in so many ways I didn't expect and everyone should read this book. It works through so many complexities in a way I never expected picking it up. I can't even begin to explain how important this book is to so many different conversations on diversity.

This book is incredible, just like everything Tig does. Everyone should read it.
