The end of this book unexpectedly touched me. It caught me off-guard and overwhelmed me. I can't put my finger on exactly what it was, but for that I must recommend it. Love the writing style and even the shifts between time.

Devoured it in less than 48 hours!

I often do not agree with critical acclaim, so I was very skeptical of the high praise this book received. I am happy to be proven wrong. This is the best book I've read all year. I can't even begin to find the words to describe how deeply this book resonated with me and how engaging I found it to be. Very pleased.

It was a much slower read than I usually appreciate but such a sweet story that I couldn't get enough of. I truly enjoyed getting to know these characters and sharing in their experiences. Great book.
