It’s a sweet story. I found Ricki to be a bit irksome. Would’ve loved more time with Ms. Della. Overall, good, but I’m definitely not the target audience for this book so it feels wrong to rate it. 

A very sweet story while still being quite engaging and creative. Loved it. 

This is a good story about a family of very flawed people who have terrible communication skills. It’s a decent drama  if you’re not put off by the characters’ unlikeability at times. 

This was…different 

I enjoyed Miss Glory and her shady shenanigans a lot! She cracked me up and she cracked the case! I look forward to her sleuthing and fussing at people for many more books. And, of course, props to Bahni Turpin for bringing the characters the life like only she can. 

I loved her approach to this book. It’s a serious topic but she made it easy and sometimes funny. This is worth the read or the listen. I recommend the audio since it’s self-narrated and done well.
