Solid contemporary fiction/fantasy! Loved these characters and their quirks and challenges. The story moved along nicely and I enjoyed the ups and downs. The ending felt a bit rushed but I hope a sequel is forthcoming. Will certainly read more from this author. Narration wasn’t my favorite though. Bahni T. would’ve killed this!

P. S. This book deserves a better cover!

This reads like a debut, so giving it a lot of grace. It was a nice story but very slow and there’s something missing. But sweet and a nice palate cleanser after heavy books. I’ll read the next in the series to see how the writing progresses.

😐 Sisterhood should not be in the title of this book. There’s so much going on I don’t even know how to rate it. All I can say is, if you need a likable character to enjoy a book you’ll be hard pressed with this one.
