This was fine but didn’t really commit to one thing or another. 

This wasn't *bad* it just wasn't great. I went in expecting something more Maus-like in style/depth/etc and this didn't feel like that at all...it almost felt detached?

This one wasn't bad but not really for me, I don't think. 

I haven't been so lost in such a long time. I even checked TWICE to make sure I didn't accidentally pick up the second in a series or something. Talk about being thrown into the deep end of a world. It wasn't BAD I just spent most of the book being confused.
