This was the queer con story I didn’t know I needed right now and I SO loved it.

This was different that Riley’s last two books (which I loved) and I loved it, too! I got so wrapped up in the story I didn’t have time to peak around the corner so the twists kept hitting me in the face!

GAH I’m so stressed out waiting for the next issue!

This was everything I hoped it would be and so much more.

Not only a look at the history of slavery in western society but a reminder that history is told through many prejudiced lenses.

Let’s see this book on all the best of lists.

A phenomenal look at being a queer, teen, Chinese American woman in SF that is realistically portrayed for the time period but focused on joy and finding yourself. Simply beautiful.

A fantastic memoir that is insight not only into Damian’s life but the life of a middle schooler. Bright colors pop off the page and the expressions tell the story as much as the words do. This GN is not to be missed - pick one up for your personal library and all classrooms you know!

This book is FIRE and damn, how does Wendy keep producing such killers?!
