The comp titles for this book are spot on. Go in knowing as little as possible!
I imagine some people will skip this because it’s YR but it contains important info for the overall story! Directly tied into THR Adventures, Race to Crashpoint Tower is not to be missed!
This book is like every spooky trope all wrapped up into a terrifying package poised to keep you up all night!
Plops you right into the action and never slows down. This is a quick read focused on the multiple characters in the story. A well-done audiobook, for sure. Fell short in the plot; feels like it could have used some additional editing.
Sip Sip Bang Bang is such a classic action story (with a side of romance, of course)! Everything that can go wrong, will go wrong but you know it’s all gonna be ok at the end. If you love the urgency and energy of Speed, you’ll love this!
If you’ve read any Danika books, you know you’re in for good banter and a story that keeps you fully engaged. Sip Sip Bang Bang carries on her tradition and kicks it up a notch. Multiple POV kick you in and out of different storylines and view points, leaving you frantically turning the pages to get back to the previous page’s action. It’s the best game of whiplash!
Haylee and Carter were such a treat. The mix of “everything that can go wrong, will go wrong” and “you’re in the exact place you’re meant to be” shines in their story. Is this a story of social glue or will their shared chemistry leave them in a good place? Guess you’ll have to read to find out!
I also loved the side characters, with Haylee’s friends and family providing just enough friction to make you laugh and shake your head at the same time. This quick read is worth your time so get those TBRs ready!

I think I’m one of the weirdos who enjoys having more questions than answers
