Boring

 I seriously dig the art style, and the whole little girl with super strength, punching the lights out of dinosaurs and monsters. But these volumes never cover the meat of the story.  

Despite that, I’ll read volume 3. The ending here was a doozy. 

All the things I love: fun, fantasy worlds, superpowers, and magical guys. I adore the shoujo energy here (pretty eyes, longing gazes, female MCs who never stay where they’re supposed to or listen to the male lead, etc). The story here is very fast-paced (and so is the love), but it’s entertaining. 

I’m here for book two!

The artwork was lovely! The mystery made sense in the end, but it wasn’t very satisfying. It felt like it was going through the motions: a character seems suspicious. whoop. misdirect. And I honestly think they forgot about Saito in the end.

I do want to acknowledge writing mysteries can be difficult, especially with keeping suspense and not making it easy to figure out the real killer/villain. I love mysteries, but I don't know if I could write a convincing one myself.

 I'm sorry, but I still did not understand the first game. Anywho, this is what you'd expect from a sadistic, gory survival game. The tension is immaculate, and it had me majorly stressed. I really want Chota to die. Dude is too annoying. 

I love this story’s frantic energy. Would definitely read more.
