I ADORE the colorful, cartoony illustrations even with the small font. Maybe it’s because I’m not a cat-person, but I felt bad for the dad most of time (tho he could be a lil mean-spirited).

Never been to NY, but I think these tips are super helpful. I liked this book a lot because it was mad simple. Will reread before I book a trip there.

I was assigned to read this for Business Law & Ethics.

Not bad though there is A LOT of filler, and, surprisingly, his NY Times op-ed is not included. But I liked how simple financial terms and Goldman Sachs practices were described.

Some contrived drama to push the two closer, a kiss (!), and a mention about Takane’s upbringing. I legit forgot about his parents. I felt really bored with this volume. The age difference still makes me cringe, but I have read so much I gotta finish it now.

So hard to rate things like this. Some basketball facts/history and a story revolving the O'Dowd Dragons, specifically their players.

this is just my perspective. I have to give a major side-eye toward Mike Phelps, allegations aside, he can give one dude a whole job but can't write a recommendation letter for one of his star players who he knew personally and gave rides to weekly!?! I call favorites! If he ain't give a reason like dude has bad work ethic or too immature, then it's straight up favorites. Idc if Lou isn't indignant enough to realize
