Good idea,  but the dreams took away from it

Heavy,  really hard to get through at times because it makes you think and evaluate 

 Good, theory but very different story 

 I think the development was good for the characters but the progress and flow of the book was just off.
Like how was Zale and Viv's relationship before this book?   Why does he call her snowflake?   Then going from the poker tournament to bloudering...to getting shot at  I just what.
