This book was so good! It was sweet, funny, emotional. I loved the side characters and the found family aspect of this book. As much as I love a grumpy cowboy, I really enjoyed Maverick being a golden retriever MMC. Maverick’s pride almost cost him everything, but fate had other plans for him. 

Ava was the black cat FMC to Maverick’s golden retriever. Ava had been alone since she was 18 and she wasn’t used to anyone taking care of her. That is until she accidentally married a swoony cowboy in Vegas who doesn’t know how not to take are of the people he loved. 

Damn! Blue and Libby are so good together!
The mystery of who is targeting Black Gulch ranch and why Is still unfolding. 
Libby is a spitfire who knows what she wants and goes for it. I love how stubborn she is. 
Blue is the reformed playboy who finds himself in close proximity with his friend’s daughter and he’ll do anything to keep her. So good!

This series just gets better and better!! 
Lolli had me absolutely rolling. I just love her banter with Walter. 
Cope up to this point has been the most mysterious Colson sibling. It was nice to learn his back story and see his character development. I’m a sucker for a “who hurt you?” Moment and this book was full of them!
I loved Sutton. She’s no nonsense. I love that she let Cope help her and didn’t keep acting too proud to accept help. When Cope was telling that she deserved better than him she whipped right around and said “who are to tell me what I deserve!” Luca was the cutest kid! The found family in this book was chef’s kiss. So far this is the spiciest book in the series. The plot twist was also really good! Something else that gets better with every book!

The banter between Lennox and Bishop was so good! I knew that when the tension finally broke, it was going to be epic, and this book did not disappoint!!
I love an FMC who is an absolute spitfire, and Lennox was just that. I loved her relationship with her sisters. Bishop is actually so sweet under that gruff facade, and he had me swooning. 

I love it when the cowboy shares his vulnerable side and I was so glad Bishop didn’t try to hold back the things about his past for too long. I also loved how, even though Lennox didn't share the same childhood experiences as Bishop, she was able to empathize with him.

This book had me cracking up in Chapter 1! Graham and Rosay, relationship was built on a miscommunication that kinda snowballed in the best possible way. I loved how Rosay had all these preconceived notions about Graham that were unraveled throughout the book. 
I’m a sucker for a MMC POV where he has noticed every little thing about the FMC from the moment they met. Graham Miller does not disappoint. 
This is a work place romance between a seemingly grumpy CEO and the sassy VP. It was refreshing to have a boss/ employee romance where the FMC wasn’t his secretary or assistant. 

While I liked Anson and Ro from book 1, I loved Shep and Thea from this book!
This wasn’t a slow burn. It was stead paced and I like the flow of the relationship. I love how each character let their walls down and let the other in. I’m also a sucker for when the MMC wants to fix something for the FMC. I definitely go feral for a “who hurt you” moment. Shepherd Colson is boyfriend goals. I can’t wait to read the rest of this series! 

This book really scratched that “I love thrillers, but I want to read spice” itch. I think fans of the Alex Cross books who are looking for spice would definitely like this one. 
Fragile Sanctuary was my first Catherine Cowles book. I’m really enjoying the Sparrow Falls universe. Let me just say that I 100% did not see that ending coming! This book kept me guessing! I loved how Ro was able to break down Anson’s walls. The found family aspect of this book was great too

What I thought I was getting was a cute, smutty, cowboy MMF romance. What I got was a smutty MMF cowboy romance with so much heart. I was going through all the emotions. 
Reading Callie’s reasons for leaving as well as coming back was heartbreaking. Colt and Maverick realizing all the time they lost and vowing to make up for it. Then the three of them realizing their relationship needed all three of them to work, and how they would do anything to make it work was all so good. 
Maverick is my favorite. He had be swooning with his dominate side and acts of service.

I’ll start out by saying this book was more plot than spice. The spice that does happen is good! 
I loved unraveling the secrets of Devil’s Ridge Ranch those of the people who live there.
Helena is such a strong willed character and I love that. She is a woman who is determined. Silas holds so many secrets. He also holds the weight of the world on his shoulders.
My mind was reeling as each secret was revealed. I really enjoyed the supernatural aspects of this book. If you like supernatural elements, romance, secrets, strong willed women, and tortured cowboys this book is for you

So, I might have started my Brewer family journey with The Merger, but by then I was hooked! I can’t wait to go back and read the rest of the books. Tate and Aurora are a raging five alarm fire when they’re together. 
Their meet cute to their first hook was full of swoon worthy moments and the best foreplay courtesy of Tate. 
I loved the banter between the siblings as well as the banter between Tate and Mimi. Aurora’s story was so well done concerning her journey that led her to where she is now. 
This was one of the best reverse age gap books I’ve read. Adriana, I could read a million of these Brewer family books and it would never be enough.
