I loved the premise of this story, but I feel like it wasn't really delivered. Sometimes I forgot it was a sci-fi because there wasn't enough space to establish that. However, it was beautiful and poetic. Maybe the poetry aspect restricted the sci-fi and everything else. Still a decent read nonetheless. 

I don't know, but I actually kinda love it. While I wish there was more added to the ending, the rest of the story still holds up. The artwork was lovely. I also enjoyed the pacing of it. I couldn't put it down, I just had to read it to the end. Korean historical/mythological stuff with queer characters does hold a special place in my heart. I hope there will be more stories like this published in the near future. 

To me, this book was kind of meh, but I really did enjoy the vibes of it. I read the afterword and ended up really liking this one bit about the ending that Imogen Binnie wrote. I myself didn't really like the ending but I really liked the sentiment of it. I know I gave it a 2.75, but this is something that people should give a read at least once.
