This was a fun read. Definitely different than Hazelwood's other books - it was a hookup to love story, which I don't normally love, but this worked for me.

hmmm. less actual horror and more social horror. Good social commentary, sometimes heavy handed.

Wow I did not care about this at all.

some really good info. Def tabbed this book up.

Wow this woman was unhinged in the best possible way. Her life seems so exhausting though. I was tired just reading about all the mental hoops she puts herself through.

That twist!

Beautifully written. The octopus experiment sections made me super uncomfortable (i hated it), but thankfully the MC also hated it. FYI: This is a pandemic book that deals with death, so be aware of that going in. But yeah, def recommend reading.

well, this was unsettling and kind of gross. Also really good.

this was pretty good - kept me engaged (I stayed up WAYYY too late to finish). But probably won't stick with me in the long run.

wow. super creepy coming of age horror story. My mouth dropped at that one scene. Also, the commentary on the US healthcare system killed me - so accurate.

I am so unsettled. this was unhinged. you should read this book.

delightfully fun!
