beautifully written grief horror. I'll read anything Tiffany Morris releases.

what the fuck.

i'm mad about the ending.

Also, let’s do murder without SA and animal cruelty. That pipe/mouse scene was not needed.

BORED. BORING. BOOOO. I dislike the narrative -- what's it called when the MC is like "i wish i had known then...". that shit was all over the place.

I'm bummed because i was psyched for this one. glad i picked it up from my library.

Loved this! So excited to continue this series!

The Hollows

booo. lots of ableist language, dog fighting, cruelty to animals, and horrible horrible people i had absolutely zero interest reading about.

Meh bored

ok i kind of loved this? Read it in one sitting

I love Rachel Harrison

but also, the love interest being described as having greasy long hair in his face? dislike.

surprisingly I loved this book! the main trope is one I generally really hate,
(star crossed lovers/reincarnation)
but for some reason this worked for me. immediately bought the 2nd book in the dualogy.

This was disappointing - I heard such good things and I was so let down. I enjoyed the vibes, the overall story & the found family. THAT SAID. The lack of world building seriously annoyed me. Like, I'm still thinking about it.
  1. what’s this weird magic but not magic system? What’s happening here.  Not one part of it was explained.
  2. I was promised dragons, and I got minimal dragons. Also, how did they bond? what's the purpose of the bonding? is this rare? what does it mean?
  3. Is the entire continent the size of Rhode Island? How are they going from the coast to the border to the castle to the Veles house all in one day. I was flipping back and forth to the map like “HOW!?” How did Cayden get from the border to his house in like 1 hour? How is Elowen running from the fucking castle to the border? None of it makes any goddamn sense.
