I spent the entire book expecting Csorwe to face consequences for defying her god and even though she ran into him multiple times there was Nothing even though the blurb suggests that will be a major conflict

This book had me hooked at the first mention of earth magic, and then the story itself kept me there wanting to know what would happen next.
