Very good! Susan is a chef studying in France. She eventually moves there with her husband and son. Story of her cooking adventures (many recipes included) and the restoration of an old convent (their home).

Who knew that the fortune cookie was really invented by the Japanese and chop suey is not a traditional Chinese dish at all! I certainly learned some interesting facts and quite a few times I found myself thinking, "huh, I never realized that."

Even with a handicap, you can do whatever you put your mind to. Homer the cat is blind from birth and has never seen the real world, but that does not stop him from exploring every single little corner with abounding joy and little or no fear. He even saves his “human mom” from danger, even though he does not know what is happening ... or does he?

I am a DA fanatic and although I have watched the series many, many times, the book gives you dialogue that's not in the finished product along with backstories, scene detail, how work and personal lives were viewed, and the author's own personal musings. It is truly amazing for anyone who is obsessed with Downton Abbey as I am. The only problem, if you see it as such, is that having almost memorized every scene, every character, I “hear” their voices as I read.
