This was quite potentially the heaviest, slowly devastating book I have ever read. I think need to reflect on this for a few days to find the beauty in it. Because it’s there, it’s just hidden.
The prose took my breath away.

Majority of this book was terrible but the last part with his complete devotion to Meghan and the bombshells of his family’s treatment of them completely made up for it.

Easy thriller but I couldn’t connect to any of the characters and felt it was dragged out far too long

Cute and corny just the way I like my romances!

Incredible how the central theme of oppression can transcend culture and time. Very brave novel
