Similar a "La cenicienta" pero como no es una historia que me entusiame no me terminó de gustar, me gusta la historia de conversión de él.

Muy corto pero me sacó un par de sonrisas, me gustó mucha la que va a ser la pareja protagonista del próximo libro, quiero leerlo.

De lo mejor que leí en el año, hasta lloré de emoción al final. Mujeres en situaciones difíciles que se unen por la Gracia de Dios y se ayudan unas a otras, hermoso. Aunque es una historia corta el romance fue enternecedor. Lo recomiendo.

Al principio fue divertido después la protagonista me empezó a parecer muy inmadura, me cansó.

I couldn't get into the story. The premise is interesting but I wasn't a fan of the writing style, it's difficult for me as a reader to enjoy first POV narratives but if you don't mind first person narrative I would definitely recommend you this book.

Muy linda la amistad entre los dos y como se habla de la Providencia de Dios, tiene un muy buen comienzo pero a medida que avanza la historia se pierde la chispa y los personajes me terminaron pareciendo planos. Una lastima porque hasta el 50% prometía. De todas formas leanlo y saquen sus propias conclusiones, a mi me aburrió pero quiero leer algo más de la autora porque para ser el primer libro que leo de ella no fue tan malo.

Me aburrió, además una de las peleas que tiene la protagonista y la hermana termina en violencia física, fue horrible de leer.

It wasn't what I was expecting for a "sweet" romance. Don't get me wrong there wasn't any sexual content but there was a lot of bad language.

If you're looking for a western romance I would definitely recommend it to you (and if you don't mind 1 POV narrative) but I don't think this book is for the "clean-romance readers". There was a misuse of Jesus's name and as I said before lots of bad language.

In the end THE SECRETS WE KEEP is a story about a woman overcoming obstacles and fighting for her future and I'm sure a lot of readers will empathize with Emma's struggles.
