Great adventure into Steampunk with Aliens and Fairies to boot!
Very much worth a go if Sci Fi or Steampunk is your thing. The characters are well rounded and the history is believable. I love the dialogue and the relationship between Harrington an Blackwood being of mutual respect (though I suspect this will be explored deeper in other books of the series).
