Conflicted as to whether to give a 3.5 or 4 star rating, but this was fun! A queer historical romp with vigilante swashbuckling as the centerpiece. Got through this quickly, and enjoyed the journey even if the writing was on-the-nose. (I don’t think there was a single subtle moment.) But I took a picture of the additional reading links listed in the author’s note because I want to look more into the actual Eustaquia and Ana themselves now!
