I loved this book so much it was different than any other book with elves I have ever read I thoroughly enjoyed all of the book. I loved the characters so much especially Marbella and Baelen I loved their relationship even with the amount of time they spent apart you would really tell how strong the love between them still was and how nothing could stop it anymore. I also really liked they the characters were not teenagers and everything was more mature. I loved Marbella for her perseverance and the fact she would do anything just so Baelen would live and I still loved her strength of character she makes a great main character. I really loved the plot it takes place seven years after her powers injured the one she loved so she blamed herself for that and now he is back and in the competition for her hand in marriage. The story is so great I really liked the embodiment of the Storm and how that was represented there was so many great things in this story I really liked and am looking forward to more soon.
I loved this book so much it was different than anything I have read in awhile. I really loved the characters so very much especially Rasmira and Soren I loved how their relationship developed starting from them meeting and fighting together and being saved it just grew from there. Rasmira found someone way better than that dirty rotten betrayer that gets what he deserves by the end. I also really like Rasmira's sisters as well as Iric and Aros when he was finally introduced they made just a great couple. I really liked the kind of character Rasmira was the strong and willing to fight for what she believes I was glad she finally got everything she deserved I really loved how the story ended. I really liked the plot with the Viking like setting I really how the plot progressed from start to the end. So overall I loved this book and will be reading more by this author for sure.
This is my second time reading this book and it was just as good if not better than it was on the first read through. I loved the characters just as much as before especially Alosa and Riden I liked their dynamic it made for an interesting slower burn romance that I hope get more of it in the last book. I always like the kind of female characters this author writes they are strong with many other great qualities. I found Alosa to be a very interesting and well written I really like fierce and independent female characters who know exactly what they want and will do anything to get it. I also like how vulnerable Alosa can be she is not just that take charge character she has so much more to her. I really loved the plot I liked the getting kidnapped to find a map to find a treasure I liked all that happened in between that as well. So overall this book was just as good if not better reading it the second time.
This book book was so good best duology I have read in awhile it picked up right where the first book left off so it was easy to get back into. I really loved the characters especially Alosa and Riden I liked how their relationship developed even with its push and pull and one step forward two steps back I liked how well it developed. It was easy to see both sides on why one felt this or that way I was really happy when they finally admitted their feelings for each other at the right moment. I liked the members of Alosa's crew as well they were all well developed and fleshed out characters the ones I liked best were little Roslyn and Niridia they had very well played out roles I liked them very much. I really liked the plot it started out as looking for a treasure and became so much more for one Alosa realized she was lied to all her life so I really liked how the story went from there. So overall I loved this book I will read more by this author for sure.
I really loved this book in many ways it reminded me of Inuyasha with how the story was set up and main characters really do resemble the main characters from Inuyasha it was just enough to make an connection I really enjoyed this book looking forward to more. I really loved the characters Suzume and Kaito most of all I really liked the slow burn of the romance that is barely getting started. I really like Suzume's for her independence and her belief that she is hers alone I really liked her overall attitude. I really liked the other characters as well they make for a well rounded story that has so much potential. I really liked the plot with it beginning with Suzume waking the Dragon Kaito it became such as interesting story learning this or that about Suzume and Kaito and the world around them and how it ended up like it did. So overall I loved this book I will be continuing it soon.
I really loved this book I enjoyed reading about a mythology I have never read about before it was different but a really good different. I really liked the characters especially Tristan I found that his grief over his best friend dying was portrayed very well. I really liked how he was not like other protagonists of this genre he was a more realistically written not the character to dive headlong into danger without reason.I also liked the mythological characters Gum Baby,John Henry, and many more they were all so well written it made immersion into the story so much better. I really liked the plot it stated with Tristan being sent to his Grandparents farm it went from there into him chasing after someone who stole the journal of his dead best friend that means more than anything to him. Even with all of Tristan's issues I really liked how the story progressed from there I really liked how it ended as well. So overall I loved this book will read the sequel when it comes out.
I really loved this book so much it hits all the right areas in the books I like it has Pirates,Mermaids and is LGBT I found nothing I disliked at all. I loved the characters so much especially Flora and Evelyn I found their romance to be one of the best I have ever read. I loved Flora for her ability to adapt to her situation and her want to finally get away from this pirate life she had hidden any things about herself for so long all it takes is meeting Evelyn for what she is hiding to start to show. I really liked Evelyn for her sense of right and wrong her want to be more than what she was raised to finally be loved she finds that in Flora. I really loved the plot it moved along at a pretty good pace the story starts with telling you about the two main characters and how they are how they are now. It moves on to them meeting some things happening and then them being separated they find each other again. The story moves along pretty good I really loved the ending that was the absolute best part of the whole book. So overall I loved this book I would read more by this author when she writes more.
I loved this book so much its been a long time since I have read a sci regency type romance and I really loved this one it had its ups and downs but it was all worth it the ending was so very good one of the best I have read in awhile. I really loved the characters especially Leo and Elliot even if their romance was a rocky one it was just so good by the end I really liked the perfect ending. What I really liked about Leo was her strength of character and the fact she could still be vulnerable I found her to be a character that so she well rounded and a well written character. I also really liked Elliot once more was found out about him and why he was acting like he was what I loved most about him was his love for Leo and even with all the things that happen throughout the story he realizes just what was most important than what he set out to do before. I really loved the plot of this it was a sci regency romance with a bit of mystery and a few other things like an old flame coming back into the MC's life and how Leo never stopped loving him he didn't stop loving her either it takes awhile for the both of them to realize this I really liked how the story ended it had the best endings I have read in quite awhile. so overall I loved this book and will read more by this author for sure.
I loved this book its been a long time since I have read a good adult historical romance I really liked everything about it. I read these kind of books all the time when I was younger I now remember why I loved reading them. I really loved the characters especially Verity and Malcolm I liked their romance it was a gradual thing but it was so good by the end when the air was cleared and you knew they loved one another. I loved Verity for her want to protect and provide for those she loves and I really loved her spirit and her drive to get what she wants. I really loved Malcolm for care for people even if he hid it behind so many other things and how everything about Verity just drew him to her no matter how he tried to deny it and I really like how he finally about to not deny those childhood memories no matter how painful they were and he was able to remember just how loved he was and was able to admit this is Verity. I really loved the plot it starts out with a painful memory about a boy who was treated horribly it moves on to tell a story of a man who was kidnapped to remove him from his birthright to telling about Verity who just had to find him they clash when they met and it becomes a very good romance that I would recommend. So overall I loved this book I need to read more books like this I missed reading this kind of book.
I liked this book even though it dragged towards the end it still was a very good story. I liked the characters for the most part especially Evie and Nik they were both well written characters that would do anything for the other. I really liked these characters for who they were and what they would do for each other. I did like the plot even if I would of preferred a different ending it was about Evie finding a girl that looks so much like her friend who drowned that happens to be a mermaid and how she tries to set her up with Nik it gets really convoluted from here but in the end I still enjoyed this book. So overall I liked this book I will probably read the sequel sometime soon.
