I really loved this book so much it hits all the right areas in the books I like it has Pirates,Mermaids and is LGBT I found nothing I disliked at all. I loved the characters so much especially Flora and Evelyn I found their romance to be one of the best I have ever read. I loved Flora for her ability to adapt to her situation and her want to finally get away from this pirate life she had hidden any things about herself for so long all it takes is meeting Evelyn for what she is hiding to start to show. I really liked Evelyn for her sense of right and wrong her want to be more than what she was raised to finally be loved she finds that in Flora. I really loved the plot it moved along at a pretty good pace the story starts with telling you about the two main characters and how they are how they are now. It moves on to them meeting some things happening and then them being separated they find each other again. The story moves along pretty good I really loved the ending that was the absolute best part of the whole book. So overall I loved this book I would read more by this author when she writes more.
I highly enjoyed reading this book it was different from anything I have ever read before and I think I need to go back and read the connected series to this so I will understand things better by the time I read the sequel. I really liked the characters as well especially Robin and Zylas the dynamic between them it makes for an interesting story. I like Robin for her will and her determination and how she is willing to do nearly anything to get something back that belonged to her mother. I really liked the plot it started out with Robin living with her good for nothing family and just going through grief after her parents died she then meets the demon who is named Zylas and things go downhill from there. So overall I really enjoyed reading this book and will continue the series for sure.
I liked this book even though it dragged towards the end it still was a very good story. I liked the characters for the most part especially Evie and Nik they were both well written characters that would do anything for the other. I really liked these characters for who they were and what they would do for each other. I did like the plot even if I would of preferred a different ending it was about Evie finding a girl that looks so much like her friend who drowned that happens to be a mermaid and how she tries to set her up with Nik it gets really convoluted from here but in the end I still enjoyed this book. So overall I liked this book I will probably read the sequel sometime soon.
I really enjoyed reading this book it was different from any Peter Pan retelling I have ever read. I really loved how all of the characters were re imagined. I really loved the characters especially Wendy there is so many great things about her a few are her want to be more than what the world wants her to be. I also loved John and Michael and the dogs Nana and Poppy they had so much personality I really loved them. I really loved the plot of this book it starts out with Wendy wanting to be so much more than she is supposed to be and moves to an amazing adventure with some much more to it than it was thought to be. So overall I loved this book will be reading more soon.
I loved this book so much and I look forward to finding out how some events unfold in further books. I loved all of the characters especially Tea and Fox I found them both to be such great characters and really well written sibling relationship. I loved Tea for her willingness to do anything to save someone her completely selflessness I also like her relationships with some of the other characters especially the ones she calls her sisters. I really liked the plot it is an older Tea telling her history to someone and slowly starting to tell what happened to the one she loves while also telling about her life and how she became how she is in the interludes. So overall I really loved this book and will be reading the rest of the series soon.
I loved this book so much I always love books that are fictionalized alternate history I have really loved what most authors do with this concept. I really loved the cast of characters so much especially Jane, G, Edward , Gracie and many of the other very interesting cast of characters. I loved Jane for her spunkiness and bookishness and how hard she tries to fix things and to help people and how deeply she loves who she loves and how funny she is. I love G for how he wanted to be wanted for him and not be forgotten I also love his love of poetry and how he gradually fell for Jane and how he would do anything for her. I loved Edward for his want to be something other than a King his love for the people he cared about and his will to survive I just love his whole outlook on life I really loved the romance he had with Gracie. I loved the plot of this book it started out as your typical historical romance with a twist with the whole turning into animals thing it then went into a plot for the throne and a fight for survival and a fight to get back that throne with lots of romance in between. So overall I loved this book I will be reading more of this series soon.
I really loved this book so much I really enjoyed diving back into Creekwood it was easy to get back into. I loved all of the characters especially Leah and Abby I really liked the slow build of the romance between them even if there was a bit of will they or won't they I liked how they ended up by the end of the book. I highly enjoyed the plot of this book with it telling about Leah's senior year and everything to do with that with many ups and downs. It has been awhile since I have read an coming of age story that I have enjoyed this much I loved everything about Leah's story with her overcoming her insecurities and finally having the courage to do what she feels rather than just ignoring it. So overall I loved this book so much I will read more by this author for sure.
I really loved this book even if it ended how it did I am looking forward to reading more. I really loved the characters especially Gideon and Harrow I liked their dynamic I loved Gideon;s take nothing from non one attitude and by the end Harrow's abrasiveness was a good characteristic. I really loved the story with its ups and downs and the mystery that slowly unfolded throughout the story. So overall I loved this book I am really looking forward to reading the sequel.
I loved this book so much books about Japanese mythology never disappoint me there was nothing I disliked about this book at all. I loved all of the characters especially Yumeko and Tatsumi they were both very complex characters that were very interesting to read about. What I really liked about Yumeko was her kind and giving yet mischievous nature I really liked that she basically taught Tatsumi what it is like to feel I really felt they were getting a bit closer. What I liked about Tatsumi was despite his cold and unfeeling nature he is capable and much more than what was beat into him I really liked reading from his point of view. I loved the plot it started by telling of a mischievous half fox girl and then lead into tragedy with Yumeko meeting Tatsumi and the journey to get to a certain place beginning. I really loved how the story progressed to one mini story to the next saving people one time and doing other things I really loved this book I will read the whole trilogy soon. So overall this is a really good book will be continuing the trilogy soon.
I loved this book it has been the best high school drama with other elements like what it would be like for a middle eastern person after 9/11 when tensions were high. I really loved the characters so much especially Shirin and Ocean. What I really loved about Shirin is that with the help of someone whe cares for she learns not everyone will think horribly of you based on your nationality or race and you can believe people. What I loved about Ocean is how he never cared about what people thought of Shirin he would do anything to defend her. I really liked how their relationship developed even if it took awhile she learned to trust him and not let her insecurities get the best of her. I really liked the plot it was a great drama about how someone is treated in the aftermath of 9/11 and how this would all play out in a high school drama. So overall I loved this book and I plan to read more by this author at some point.
