What the HELL did I just read? Brb gotta collect my thoughts…

Definitely more so middle-grade than young adult! The characters' likeability fluctuated and the general storyline had its highs and lows. Very sweet ending, which was lovely.

I was just so bored??? Cemetery Boys was quite lovely and unfortunately I just had a hard time focusing on this debut in comparison. The first 3/4 of the story just SLOGGED on and the last 1/4 didn’t make up for it. Wendy was strong but annoying and Peter was just….ugh.
