It took me a bit to get into this book. I enjoyed the story, the world, the magic, the lore, but something about the writing stopped me from fully connecting with Clara at first. We were constantly hearing about her emotions, but I felt like I couldn’t feel them, couldn’t engage with them as much as I wanted to.
But I really was swept up in the story, romance, and even in Clara’s narration for the last 1/3 of the book. I ended up very much enjoying it.

Okay. I really enjoyed this. It wasn’t as *life changing* as I was promised; there were actually only a handful of parts that I truly related to. I found The Love Hypothesis to be a better representation of *my personal experiences*. That’s not to say it’s bad aroace rep. I think that it was quite good, and I did appreciate it. Georgia’s experiences just weren’t mine.
The plot and story were fun, the characters were all so great, and I definitely definitely recommend this book.
