A big queer Buffy-style adventure about a group of witches working in and around the UK's biggest coven that touches on themes of gender, transphobia, power, and found family. I can't wait for the next book in the series.

I really wanted to give this a chance and it's not terrible, but the writing seems very clunky, Dante seems to have transformed into a manic pixie dream boy for most of the novel, and it just seems like a very unnecessary sequel to a pretty brilliant first book.
