A really enjoyable one-off sequel to a trilogy I enjoyed and more enjoyable for its standalone nature. Also added half a point for nailing the clues and killer for once.
I wish I could give this 6 out of 5 stars. A perfect, warm, kind, sweet slab of wholesomeness that extols the importance of choosing your life and the power of finding your family, especially if that family is a coterie of magical children and a kind-eyed caregiver.
If you need reassuring of the goodness in the world, this is for you - this is the Paddington 2 of books and I am better for having read it.

I'm so pleasantly surprised by this - it's an Agatha Christie paean about the perils of social media and with a vein of campy, genuinely funny humour. Will be checking out more from this author soon.
