Honestly I didn't love this book but also didn't hate it. It was an interesting premise that felt like it was going no where at times but also rushed at times. It was an alright read for me.

I was fortunate enough to receive an arc copy of this paws-atively (had to considering one of frequent locations used) adorable book. It was a heavy yet light read if that makes any sense at all. This is a novel that deals with grief, and how to move on after a loss (I knew that and yet my grieving heart wasn't fully prepared for that). It made me cry, it made me laugh and it was just all over a wonderful novel! Full of fabulous 80s music references and a spectacular cast of characters.

Heal by Elle Stager is the 4th novella in this series and this time we see the world through Aurora and Oliver's eyes. They do not developed the typical mated bond instantly but they do fall for each other.... Hard. Once again I was sucked into Stager's world and devoured this novella in one sitting.

The White Enchantress is a King Arthur retelling that starts as a contemporary romance novel before sucking the reader back into a fifth-century historical romance.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This is the second novel by Drexler that I've read and once again she sucked me in. In this novel we follow Guinevere as she falls back in time to a who new world and discovers who she is. She is stuck between a rock and a hard place -- because she grew up knowing many of the various legends of King Arthur and Lancelot -- she is unsure of her role in the version she is living. Guinevere grows so much as a person throughout this novel and I honestly love her. Because this is also a dual POV novel we also get to learn more about Lancelot and his life alongside King Arthur. I'm very angry at one of those two guys anyone care to guess who?
Couple quotes that stuck with me.
"Though our voices may be docile and soft, our words are powerful and fierce. Men only pretend not to listen to us."
"I don't give two shits about what you are offering me. I choose my own path. I write my own story. And you are not on it."
