Good travel story. Honest. Felt uncertain about the author and some of her actions.

Not as surprising of a twist as others claimed. No likeable characters. First 2/3 of the book are really slow.

Enjoyed the first few pages and last few pages (excluding epilogue). Felt everything in between was slow and drawn out. Liked the motive but it was dulled by the rest of the book. Didnt feel attached to any characters.
