this is super accessible and realistic. while not everything in here will work for everyone I do like the approach of trying to detach morality from chores. I wish there was a bit more focus on shifting your mindset and not just the actual actions.

I did enjoy this. the art is great as always but it does feel like there are a lot of moving pieces without the plot actually moving along

such a quick read! I like getting to learn more about the other gods. more modern retelling (not sure how authentic to the mythology but definitely themes I recall).

just as enjoyable as the first. enough light moments to break up some of the heavier themes. I really like who she shows internal thoughts vs what's actually happen that other characters can see.

I originally started this on webtoons. I love being able to have a copy. it's an interesting take on hades & persephone. I really enjoy the art work and writing style.

I wish I read the reviews beforehand, I probably would have skipped it. while a lot of her negative and intrusive thoughts felt realistic and relatable the book was tough to get through. I didn't enjoy the main character even when I related. it felt like the worst parts of your psyche. not a great purpose

 there were some sections of this book I found very enlightening and informative. however, there is so much overlap with this and other books as well as repetitiveness in the book. I feel someone who is newer to understanding the system would find this more impact full. I did love how many real life stories and experience she included throughout. very similar writing style to the new jim crow. 

this was a good book, I only wish that some of the chapters weren't ended so quickly. super easy read and honest depiction of hard conversations.
