I could write you a write-by-number outline of all of Rick Riordan's mythology series by now, but they continue to be silly and fun, so whatever. I ENJOYED IT.

A very high three stars for the interesting world building and a mostly unique take on the fantasy/mythical romances floating about out there in the YA/NA world. It didn't quite go the distance for me because I feel like I've seen Rachelle's "I'm a total badass but I'm too horrible a thing to exist woe is me" way too many times, and the romance felt like it had no substance or real emotion. I saw all the build up for it, but when the I love yous were exchanged, I felt absolutely nothing.

So many shenanigans, so much fun. Not a perfect book by any means, but I loved the mystery, the main character, and everything crazy that happens.
