I flew through this book very quickly. I liked how it jumped between characters in a short span of time, I loved seeing everything from different perspectives. I enjoyed the way the story unfolded. The fact there was more blackmail going on than just the friend group, was interesting. Made me wish Trevor's part had a bit more to it. I really wish we could've got a section from Fiona, or a bit more on her character.
Personally I don't think the Who that killed Trevor was all that surprising. Now the way it was done, took me by surprise, very simple but well done.

This is the end that I've wanted for Luke and Violet, they deserved some kind of happiness.
I wish during the story we got more of some side characters, like the scene with Violet and Grayson. It was such a sweet moment and showed how much she had grown.
The ending with the detective call was a bit abrupt, could've been a bit more fleshed out since it was a big part of the storyline.

What the f*ck really sums up my thoughts the entire time I was reading this book.
Anya was quite a character, I wanted to feel for her in the beginning but she showed her colors quick, and Mercy, she was intense. She also kept blowing my mind, she just kept getting more and more crazed, I wasn't sure how she was going to keep topping herself.
The ending was good, a nice build, no loose ends. Things started falling into place but still had one or two curve balls at the end I enjoyed.

I really like Luke and Violet, it makes me want to like their books maybe more than I do. But there didn't seem to be much going on in this book. Luke's gambling and getting beat up. Violets getting weird text messages. We get a bit more background into Luke's sister Amy.
There's no scene building in this book. It's overall pretty bland, the only scene that took my breath away was the phone call with the dectetive at the end.

I enjoy this book, it's easy for me to fall back into its world when I reread it. I like Auden, her growth through the book is great. The side characters in this book are definitely some of my favorite.
One thing that I'm not a huge fan of from this book is Audens parents. I like where things ended with Audens Mom, she was trying to be better and do better for her relationship with her daughter, her mother obviously would've done alot for her, even if she was pretty rough at the beginning. That Dad on the other hand, I don't think him coming back and choosing family over himself fits. I get one of the points of this book is people change, but to me the dad coming back and looking after the baby isn't believable, he wouldn't have taken the initiative unless he was specifically told by Auden that's how he could fix thier relationship. He was just Selfish-Selfish. </Spoilers>

The best part of this book was the build up and reveal of who is terrorizing Sarah. I like the slow set up, it isn't immediately obvious but the clues did start pointing in a certain direction instead of being completely unhelpful.
I was so interested in who was doing this and that's what kept me reading this book, because it didn't have much else going for it. Had some grammar mess ups and switched around names a few times during conversations. It got pretty bland for a bit, and I don't really think it needed to be as long as it was.
Mini rant The husband drove me insane. I was really hoping Sarah would leave him, I couldn't believe he went as far as he did thinking she was crazy. He kept telling her she wouldn't listen to reason but he was doing the same to her, so set in his mind he was right.
The entire of part 3 drug on for me, I was hoping for a serious 'i hate you and this why' reveal and the psychopath twist was a unfortunate one in my eye. I wanted a legitimate body to be in Sarahs closet.

I really enjoyed this book. I liked how it started with the wedding scene, setting up a big what happened and then went back to the beginning. It kept me on high alert looking for all of the potential motives. I dont think the ending was a big shock, definitely saw the Who did it and What happened coming but I did not see the Why. the main thing that bugged me was that at the end of the book the sisters were still worried they made a mistake and were wrong about Stephen's Abuse. I can understand not wanting to believed that of your father but they Saw it happen. And even if he was never physically Abusive to them the few flashbacks we get from Tullys childhood shows he was definitely not a all-around great dad they thought him to be.
I liked the little bit we get to see from Pam's POV because it explained the money found and the note. It was definitely interesting to see just a tad from her perspective.

The Gossip Girl series has always been a guilty pleasure read for me. Full of petty drama and gossip, it can be on the trashier side with some storylines / plots.
The prequel has never been a favorite of mine, I feel like it tries to hard.

I thought this book was cute, but it did feel a little split to me, trying to fit so many things into one book. All the glam of the parties and behind the scenes planning business, then bringing in Lotties personal life with its different aspects. I loved the wedding/ event planning side of this book, it brought a certain charm that just sucked me right in. But I felt the Lottie life side severely lacked, and honestly I could've done without. She felt very lackluster, the conversations a bore, nothing of interest. The back and forth of her love life, that didn't amount to anything, Unnecessary. By the time I was finally liking Lottie and getting interested with her the book ended! It felt abrupt to me. My big question was answered in the epilougue but it felt very throwaway, like it wasn't a big deal, when it was! Not the best ending ever.

The beginning started off slow, felt like I was missing some information from the start. I felt like all the flashbacks should've been done at once instead of bouncing back and forth.
I struggled with the characters in this book, I didn't like any of them, and alot of the decisions made seemed dumb.
I couldn't understand Ali wanting to buy that house so bad, most every has been rude and/or creepy, then finding a bone in the yard. Hard no, I don't care how good a deal, doesn't make sense to me.
The whole Renee going missing then the truth coming out she was finding out the truth about her real dad, was weird. It was this big focus but it felt so glossed over when we finally get the truth.
I dont feel like my time was wasted with this book, it kept my attention, but it's definitely a one and done kind of read for me.
