inspiring medium-paced

This book had some interesting party ideas, and some pretty cool themes. The themes had everything you needed pumpkin, costumes, games and some décor ideas.
Most of the pumpkin ides seemed to be painted or glued, I can understand why as some couldn't be easily cut out.
I did have an issue with several themes 'games' were Ouija boards, seances, and Tarot readings. I personally thought that was poor taste. I dont consider them 'games'. another thing was the preserving of the pumpkins, I get why you want your pumpkins to last longer, but that is a hazard to wildlife if the pumpkins are outside.
I did love the tale of Jack-O-latern, and will definitely be trying the pumpkin seed recipe.

College acceptance letter are arriving and sh*t is hitting the fan!
Blair gets a younger sister, Vanessa gets two new roommates (for about 5 seconds), and Jenny goes through another scandal.
Highly entertaining. Classic Gossip Girl, several problematic (or trashy) storylines.
lighthearted medium-paced

Its Spring break. Serena and Blair go skiing and honestly I'm so glad to not have Aaron be a big focus in this book. Blairs unexpected romance was interesting to say the least. Jenny was pretty horrible, she hasn't always been my favorite but she's getting pretty unlikable.
Some problematic storyline that haven't aged well.

Had a few interesting tidbits about the show from the writers Bright, Kauffman and Crane.
Was pretty opinion based in certain parts and I didn't really agree with most of the opinion based chapters. Not a whole lot of 'new' information. The writer could be a fan of the show but I found several times information was told wrong or incorrect quotes from characters.
Felt like there was some missed opportunities to talk about trivia or little know things that happened. But it stayed on track with how Friends shaped a generation.
I enjoyed the Nostalgia I got from reading, like a hug from an old friend.
Overall a decent read, I don't regret reading.
adventurous medium-paced

Beginning of the book is a bit slow but it picks up.
We finally figure out what's going on with Delilah. Didn't see it coming,  but with all the other paranormal beings not too surprising.
mysterious slow-paced
Strong character development: No
Loveable characters: No

What the F*ck.

It started out pretty slow, let us get to know that all the characters are pretty horrible (even when they try not to be). The surf trip was wild, I was shocked that none of it was made up by Remy. I thought for sure he was hallucinating.
I didn't see any of the twists coming, but I found alot of them hard to believe, the horror twist fell flat for me.
lighthearted relaxing medium-paced

Classic Gossip Girl. Full of petty drama and problematic storylines.
A huge snowstorm trapped everyone for one night. Got to see how everyone spent the night, and with who.
medium-paced

I am so disappointed. This book was subpar at best, horrible grammar and the writing felt choppy. More time and thought needed to be put into it.
Felt like the characters we came to know were destroyed. Then to end without a conclusion to the story.
This was an extremely frustrating read.

This was a solid book, definitely flowed together better than the first book. I couldn't wait to get to the end.
Starts off with excitement traveling to Vegas for Charity and Links wedding. But of course it can't be that simple, and that's when things get intense. It's a race of life or death for some.
challenging tense fast-paced

A quick read, I flew through this book. I needed to know what was going to happen with Ryler and Emery. More intense vibes, you know things are about to hit the fan.
Loved seeing a tidbit of Luke and Violet.
Sad but Satisfying ending.
