Enjoyable read.
There were some parts that felt like they dragged on unnecessarily.
The repetitiveness off the family not understanding why Chris would do this to them, was some of what I didn't like about this book. Their devastation is understandable, but it was clear this journey was for Chris himself, so no one else would be able to understand the things he decided to do.

I enjoyed the way this was written, but I found the story to be a bit dull.

Absolutely adorable. I loved both timelines, I could not pick one over the other. It could've been bittersweet but the ending was so well done.
the ending worked so well for me because we got to see how both timelines ended. We got to choose how we wanted the story to end, and I loved it that way.

Another intense page-turner from TJ Newman. She's definitely a must read author.
The way she tells the story had me hooked,  I couldn't put this book down.

This story is beautiful. The artwork is amazing.
I absolutely love Persephone and Hades, they are so adorable and their interactions so sweet.
I think its amazing how she's portraying the different gods and goddess. She's flipped the script on how some are portrayed, Hera isn't some cruel goddess in this story. It's refreshing and wonderful.

Paris was and still is a Pop Icon. I was so excited to read this book and see things from her perspective.
This book was a challenge; She's had a hard life but a privileged one as well, it made it hard to get through the beginning of this book, but she owns up to her privilege and acknowledged that it opened doors for her. She also went into all the work she's done and holy crow I didn't realize how many things she has been apart of media wise.
I loved her story because we get to see why she decided to be such an Icon. Going through all the trauma of being put into a troubled teen school and the abuse she endured, she did what she could to run from her past and create a future where she was free.
