Read an online translation, but still precious. The anime is one of my favourite.

The ending definitely raised the rating for me. The beginning bored me a bit and I think the first chapters could have been summarised in just a few paragraphs. I was bored and annoyed with Annalise throughout the best part of the story. I wish we knew more about the new characters, especially Van. However, the alternative writing style in some parts was definitely a plus, Gabriel still holds my heart, I will ship him and Nathan until the very end and Marcus is the fucking boss. I was going to go with 3 stars until the very last 20 pages, when things took a very unexpected turn. I gotta say, I can hardly wait for the next book now.
