Fascinating concept, I can't help but be disappointed by the execution.

Not as gripping as the first

Well, I have finally finished it.
Snow falling on cedars was always verging on being great but it never quite got there. It was well written but ultimately felt dull. It did leave me craving strawberries though.

Excellent for reading in the bathtub
