I always love a good cowboy romance, so when I saw this cover I new that I was already obsessed with it. I was so excited to dive into a new ranch + all the cowboys that would be apart of it. Lainey Lawson did not disappoint when it came to her cowboys. By the time I learned all their names I was already obsessed with all the Bunkhouse boys.
I was, and still am, in love with Gage and Blythe. Their personalities and chemistry were addicting. I didn't want to rush through this book as I'm a sucker for cowboy romances, but I just couldn't put this one down. Blythe was a lovable fmc who had you rooting for her and her happiness from page one. Gage was handsome and charismatic and just wanted Blythe to be happy, even if that meant she was millions of miles away from him. I really loved their duo and loved reading about them navigating this relationship that they really loved and wanted, but couldn't admit to each other or themselves how badly they wanted it. The spice also didn't disappoint. WHEW the spice !! It was unmatched! Gage and Blythe's chemistry out of the bedroom was already on fire, but when you get to the spicy scenes !!! OH IT'S SO GOOD.
The side characters were just as lovely, I already need to know everything about them all! They were the comedic relief I needed after swooning over Gage+Blythe. They really did make the book that much better, getting to see Blythe find a place back at home with them. 10/10 recommend moving into a bunkhouse with 4 cowboys !

Okay can we talk about the slight plot twist in there?!?! I kinda assumed the bit about Gage being rich and owning the ranch (a downside of reading every single romance book I can). But can we talk about the GANG THAT COMES AFTER THEM?!?! HUH??? I did NOT see that bit coming. While I was eating it up, don't get me wrong. Like hello ?!? Not only more overprotective Gage but then overprotective Warren, Tripp + Heston ??? OH I ATE THAT UPPP! It makes me even more excited for the other Bunkhouse boys and their potential books.

Okay to conclude this rant about how much I loved this book, I truly am obsessed with this book. Lainey Lawson's writing was top tier and I absolutely ate up all that she gave us. The spice, the chemistry, the overprotective boyfriend, the plot twists, the loving family, the baddie fmc, the hot mmc, the fmc's brother I can't get over, and the HEA we were all rooting for. Lainey Lawson is an immediate add to the autobuy authors list. 11/10 recommend to all my cowboy loving readers.
