It definitely had my interest from the beginning and I liked that this shines a light on real life critical issues like MMIW. While I did enjoy the characters and the overall theme, I felt like it just kept going in circles and the finger was being pointed at everybody until the end and the ending honestly didn't add much to the story but also kind of confused me. Maybe I need to give this a reread later on but for now, this was fine but not my favorite but I do think you should give it a shot.
I'm not going to start off saying I'm unqualified to review this book like 85% of reviews do. Did I read this book? Yes. Did I understand it? Yes. Do I have an opinion? Yes. Great. I can review this book and so can you! Wonderful. Now, let me say, I adore this book. I haven't read this book since high school and I still get giddy over Elizabeth Bennet and Mr. Darcy. I still love Mr. Bennett and Jane and Kitty and Lydia. This has really stood the test of time and I now feel comfortable making this one of my favorite novels ever. Will this annoy you? Feel tedious? Absolutely. But it's gold. Read it.

I absolutely loved how futustic and fantastical this all was! It was a little something different, a little bit of a shakeup for YA (at least for the books I've been reading) and it was so refreshing! I also loved that this was the biggest middle finger to the patriarchy and misogyny, the talk of a women's worth held so much value in this story. All that aside, I loved the storytelling, the depictions, the characters... It was all so much fun. 4.5 stars.
