This was a really good story! I felt connected in the beginning when they are sitting in the classroom on 9/11 and watching the planes hit the buildings on the TV because that is where I was. The romance was sweet, and the book was sad and cute at the same time. I loved Bailey! Full review on my blog https://literarydust.wordpress.com/2017/02/22/review-making-faces/
I received an ARC of this book to read and at first I wasn't sure because I hate most of the "rockstar" type books, but this one was actually really good. I loved the fact that Tommy was really sweet and not a cocky annoying guy, and Cassandra was awesome too! An overall great read for the summer! Very cute! Connor was adorable. Some of the scenes with Karen and her friends were kind of corny, but overall this was one of the better NA books.
Jared was better in this book even though he was still a big mess... He made some bad moves but got it all sorted out this time around.
Oh how I loathe when there are a lot of point of views. Luckily I got used to that aspect after a little bit and actually liked all the characters. I really liked the story and look forward to reading book two.
I would have gave this a higher score, but the love was too instant to me, but I did like the whole desert scene I haven't read too many books that take place in a desert!
Loved this book! It was a unique story that had Tarzan and Jane elements that had me jumping out of my seat! Plus, come on, Bigfoot or Sasquatch? How cool is that! I want to go hang out with baby Bee for the day, and I loved Leah's brother Matt! There were great emotional scenes and revelations from different characters. The only reason I didn't give this five stars is because I am extremely picky about MC's, and when they lie for no real reason, but I still did like Leah minus that. What a magical book! Love how everything comes full circle and connects! Plus time traveling intertwined with magic! And that ending!!! *Hyperventilates* Full review on my blog https://literarydust.wordpress.com/2017/04/21/review-the-girl-with-the-red-balloon/
I didn't really care for Brooke in the other books, so I didn't really wasn't interested in her novella. I actually ended up liking her though, but I think there shouldn't have been so many guys pining for her attention.
