I had to dock a little bit of a star simply because Gris Grimly rewrote one single scene to make Elizabeth and Victor related by blood as if their relationship wasn't already weird enough and then changed a few words here and there to call Victor her cousin instead of by his name in the original text. Other than that, beautifully illustrated and a perfect read for anyone who may be too scared to pick up the original book.

genuinely shocked that i only found two slurs in this book and one was a person mentioning a cigarette. gold star for stephen ⭐️

it's all fun and games until you get to the part about the conductor

see this is actually really funny because when answering questions about these characters on her instagram, someone asked mackenzi lee if monty was a bottom and she freaked out on them calling them disgusting and saying that her characters were minors and to never ask her that again. and then turned around and wrote an entire novella about her two underage characters having sex. n e wayz.

ASEXUAL REYNA ASEXUAL REYNA ASEXUAL REYNA ASEXU

wish mackenzi lee wasn't such a backstabbing transphobic BITCH
