Its like reading the movie in manga form but cause of space and limitations corners are cut. Including one of my favourite bits. The bit cut -> When they are banished to the arctic instead of going off and meeting the yeti/snow guy, sully realises they forgot to turn the door off and they just turn around and go back through. Ngl I laughed at the absurdity cause it felt silly but dang was I sad to not see it in the manga
I am absolutely furious that reading this actually made me slightly interested in Magic. For years I've held off and stayed away as I can't afford another money sink alongside manga and miku figures. How very dare this manga teach me the rules of magic in a way I understand and enjoyed.
Came with a free magic card. Feels like a 'first ones free' kinda thing and I'm not happy about it.

I feel like its beginning to drag out. The plot seems to be starting to migrate a bit more to side characters
I just wanna smush the two of them together they are so adorable and every volume watching them get closer and closer is delightful
Love episodic mysteries. I found I enjoyed it more reading a chapter at a time over reading the whole volume in one go

I am a big fan of both Isekai and Villainess titles but so often each one manages to bring a different something to the genre. In Kill the Villainess the entire plot is built around the main character trying to figure out a way of getting home something I feel oddly you don't see in Isekai as often as you likely should! XD That's not to say she doesn't embrace her Villainess ways at all though she jumps in trying to maintain her character from this romance novel while also investigating a way of returning home to her family and friends.
Love me some good ol' fated mates
