Oh I’m so disappointed 😞 
I absolutely loved Seven Year Slip and Dead Romantics so I had this on pre-order and was excited to read it.

Unfortunately, this book reads like a first draft. The concept is there but it needs editing soooooo badly. Honestly, whoever “edited” this should be fired immediately. 

Not only is there plenty of grammatical errors and typos, there is so much repetition of words and even whole lines!! Plus there should be chunks of this just edited out, it makes for such an unnecessarily slow read. 

As for the premise, absolutely love the idea but the execution is poor. I didn’t care about the secondary characters at all and the love story fell really flat, just zero chemistry. 

This book just doesn’t feel like it was ready for release. I will definitely read future books by the author because I so loved her previous 2 but I definitely wouldn’t recommend this one. 

Audio + Rowan = sensational 🥵

Exploitative piece of shit book. 

Stereotypical characters, white savour, about 1 million poorly executed themes, juvenile writing, repetitive and just profiting off of exploiting native Americans. I hate this book.
