Really enjoying my Becky Albertalli streak. Amelia is another fun story. I am coming of my reread of my favourite Becky Albertalli book though (Imogen, Obviously) so that might influence my rating a little.
Amelia, If Only is a fun, queer YA contemporary which features a lovely queer friend group, online culture and a roadtrip. I loved the online culture elements. As well as the usual elements I expect from a Becky Albertalli book: characters who you love and a focus on friendship.
I spotted Amelia's crush on Natalie so soon. If only Amelia noticed it sooner herself 😉😉 It was fun. Her obsession with Claire became a bit nonsensical towards the end but honestly I didn't mind it that much.
All in all, it's a lovely read!

I highly recommend rereading your favourite books from time to time. This was my first time listening to Imogen, Obviously and I flew through it. This book just sees me andy experience so, so clearly. All my doubts and inner voices are right there on the page. But so is the acceptance. I needed a reminder of that.

I really loved finally listening to Kate in Waiting!
Becky Albertalli knows how to write an unrequited YA romance. I loved the theater kid aspect and the focus on friendship.
I did see Noah coming as the love interest. I found their interactions so sweet.

I found it so interesting to see young Aleksander and how he came to believe what he believes. Really enjoyed this graphic novel!

If you love good food, good wine and good company 😉😉 then The Pairing is the book for you! Exes Theo en Kit meet again years after their break-up on a Southern European trip they both planned on taking together. They wine and dine but will their past stay in the past?
Unfortunately, I did not enjoy this book as much as I had hoped. The big focus on food and wine just wasn't for me. I enjoyed Kit's POV much more than Theo's but that could also be because their relation was blooming more than in Theo's POV.
I did really like how Theo's gender identity was no issue. And I liked the ending.
