am sorry but this is a dnf for me. I had tried to continue this book a few times and just gave up. I was not able to connect with the characters or the story. There was no romance. That was done within a few paragraphs.
I have loved Sharon Sala stories from the past but the two last ones I have tried have not been the same.

I don’t know what all the hype is about this book. I found it missed the mark for me. I only finished it so I could participate in the conversation about it with book club.
I skipped over the long letters and over explained and re-explained over and over parts. I was more interested in the storyline about Atlas and Josh.

Anyway… on to the next book but not one by this author, unless book club picks another

Another great story by Susan Mallery. My only complaint, and not that big of a deal, was the over use of the phrase "you made it"! It was slightly annoying :)

I’m not really sure how I feel about this book so I went middle ground on the rating. There were so many dangling threads… what about Mara, what happened with Rebecca, did Blair find out about Aiden’s indiscretions, how about Jacob… did he know about Aiden? And then there was the final paragraph! I want to know what happens to Whitney. So many questions.

This was a great story. Having survived raising two teenage girls successfully (with some help from my husband, their dad) I get it!
Often books that come with reviews of being funny, I don’t find funny. This one was. I actually lol’d at times. I’m definitely going to look for other books by this author. I recommend this book to any parent
